Consumer protection is X.One®’s top priority. At X.One®, we do our best in protecting the interest of our consumers. But due to the popularity of X.One® products, unauthorized resellers and counterfeit product may still appear in online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

Please be aware of the following risks if you’re purchasing X.One® products from a blacklisted unauthorized reseller. X.One® will not be responsible for purchase from blacklisted unauthorized Shopee/Lazada resellers:

Price may seem cheap due to counterfeit item in a recycled packaging, or refurbished goods from an unauthorized source.
Item may ship with serial numbers recycled, removed, or modified.
Poor After Sales service.
Item may appear new but contain damage from improper use.
Item may never ship – contact with the seller may be difficult or impossible.
Inferior product may be substituted for the advertised X.One® product.
